How do we order a photograph?
All photographs can be ordered direct from our Gallery, for more information refer to our Shop page.

How do I pay?

The following debit and credit cards are accepted.

Is your site secure?
Yes I have secure online payment facilities through Paypal Limited.

How long will delivery take?
This depends on what is ordered, as items are produced to order. Production usually takes 2-4 days and we aim to ensure it is dispatched within a maximum of 7 days. Once dispatched delivery will be 3-4 days.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

All items are sent using First Class Royal Mail.

What happens if my delivery doesnít arrive?
Please let us know by email if this happens and we will investigate, and if necessary re-send the order at no extra charge.

What happens if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
In this unlikely event, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received it and we will issue a refund for the price paid less the cost of delivery and handling.

What happens if my goods have arrived damaged?
If for any reason you receive goods in a less than perfect condition, please contact us immediately.

We have seen a photograph of yours at a friends but canít find it online, can we still buy it?
Yes, just email a description of the image to us and we will contact you with the details.

What Equipment do you use?
I use a Konica Minolta Dynax digital SLR with a Sigma 17-70mm lens, plus a Sigma 70-300mm lens. I use a polarising filter plus various Hoya neutral density filters to get the best out of landscapes. Images are processed using Adobe Rawshooter and Photoshop CS2, however the emphasis is on enhancement rather than manipulation.
I use the experts at Photobox to print all my photo's.
